Even though I do not normally like winters - here in The Netherlands they’re always wet and windy - I do love it when it starts to snow. And as of yesterday Eindhoven isonce again covered in a blanket of snow. The the only thing I did not like was, to discover that my rooms have the worst isolation I’ve ever seen. I had to turn the heating all the way up, wrap my self in a thick warm psv shawl, put on a wooly hat, and even wrap myself in a blanket just to avoid getting frostbite. Ok, that might be a little over the top, but it was realy cold.

And the worst thing is, I wanted to finish my new turtle home I built for Michaelangela & Leonardo. I couldn’t since it has an open roof, and with all the wind gusts spinning through my room, it would just get too cold for them. So at the moment I’m looking to buy some kind of Plexiglass roof for their habitat. If you’ve got any idea where I could get something like that please let me know.
